She's sleeping in the bassinet that came with our stroller (uppababy vista). A friend key us borrow the bassinet stand. It works great! We are planning on switching to the crib next week but I don't think it will be an issue since she's used to sleeping flat already.
The first two weeks she mostly slept on us. She was fully in the bassinet by 3 weeks.
How old is your LO? Your post made me think that maybe I can just bring the UBV bassinet for DD to sleep in while we are visiting family.
We had the Uppababy as well and used it for daytime naps and when we went to visit family. It worked great! We just put it on the ground (warm carpet)

We initially used the bassinet attachment on the PnP, but he has been having some reflux issues and the pediatrician recommended he sleep elevated in the RnP.
This is a Rock N Play but it's the flat bassinet, which I felt more comfortable with. The sides are mesh and I took that toy and mirror off. We were in a small apartment and this was small enough to fit in the corner near my side of the bed and folds up easily. She slept in it until we transitioned to the crib at 4.5 months. ETA: This was for nighttime sleep only. She only napped on us or in the car for an embarrassingly long time.
Ohh I like this! I have a RnP but I like how this is flat, doesn't take up much room (like a PnP) and is portable! I don't want to pay the $80 price tag though. Is this something I can buy used and wash all the fabric? Does it come apart so it can be washed? Thanks for the new idea!

The (thin) pad inside the bassinet can go in the washer but you'd have to wipe down the rest of the bassinet. Shouldn't be a problem though.
I don't remember spending $80 on it but I probably bought it with a coupon or maybe it was just cheaper back then? In any case, I'd see if Buy Buy Baby has them in stock and use the 20% off coupon. Just an idea.
1st baby in rnp. 2nd baby hated it so she sleeps in crib with vibrating mattress but both only slept on my chest 1st month or so and also co slept a lot
She slept in the rnp for a few weeks and then the pnp (bassinet) in our room until 3 months. The rnp always made me nervous because she would slump down while swaddled and I was afraid of flat head. This time, I think we will use rnp for napping and pnp for sleep from the beginning.
We used a PnP and still are at 7 months. I'm not ready for her to move into her room with her crib. She's now on the lower level of the PNP because she can pull herself up but still seems comtent. We used a bassinet in the first few weeks because that's what fit in the room we were staying in while waiting for clearance to take her home. I didn't like the bassinet because it seemed more closed in with less air circulation.
We have a king size bed and she slept in the newborn napper attachment from the PNP in the middle of the bed between us for the first 8 weeks, so sort of cosleeping but not. She would only sleep well on an incline and this kept her within easy reach.
She's now in the crazy wood bassinet that my Dad made when I was born. It's massive and jail like and she can only sleep in it swaddled since she moves around too much otherwise and will whack her hands on the side lattice panels. I'll be moving her to the crib at Christmas once she is 4 months old.
