In preschool there was the teacher, assistant and director. No one gave the director gifts.
Now we're in kinder. He has one teacher but he's talked about 1 or 2 aides that float through all 4 K classes. There are various staff members that meet the kids at the cafeteria and help them through breakfast and to their room. There's maybe 4?
No. But if you wanted to, a nice gesture would be a shared fruit tray and dips, or a muffin/bagel tray before break would be nice. I did that a few times a year. Always appreciated.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
Not unless you want to. I don't get teacher gifts very often (middle school). If you did want to, those people rarely get gifts, and I'm sure even a thank you would be appreciated.
No you do not have to. A simple thank you card would be nice for those people though. I buy for my kids' teachers for Christmas and end of the year. I give a thank you card with a $5 gift card to the PE, art, etc teachers for one or the other but not both. It is not expected though and I know most people don't do that.
