Well I used to not like sweet potatoes or cranberry sauce but I've been liking those lately. Anything with mushrooms I don't like or pumpkin/pecan pie. I'm not a big pie person!

What the fuck is this shit any way? My grandma use to get the canned stuff and just cut it in to slices. You could like still see the shape of the can indented in to it
Mushroom are nasty. I have the palate of a child sometimes. Thanksgiving is the only time I eat the tiniest piece pumpkin pie. I'm not a fan either.
I don't like any casseroles, at least the ones my ILs make. I love green beans, but their green bean casserole was blech. Also, one time I bit into what I thought was a sweet potato casserole, but it was rhubarb, and that was pretty nasty!
I like the basics - turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, and apple and pumpkin pies.

First I want to say I like canned cranberry sauce, but not the whole cranberry kind, Don't like pumpkin pie, 3 bean casserole or green bean casserole. I like stuffing, but just not with sausage in it.
All of it? I will eat it to be polite and so I'm not starving, but I really don't care for turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, any of the regular thanksgiving things. I pretty much only like the canned cranberry sauce with can imprint intact, and pies.
Then she mixes in some booze, brown sugar and tops it off with melted marshmallows. It's too sweet and concentrated tasting. I think it would be so much better using real sweet potatoes and just baking them in the oven. Maybe I should be in charge of sweet potatoes this year...
