I don't cook. I suck at it and I don't like it. So, tell me how to make beef stew. I have a multitude of ingredients from our CSA that I can use, including a huge chunk of beef that will be perfect. I have no idea what to do with it. Bonus points if it is crock-pot-able!

You can't go wrong with ATK recipes like the one token just posted. I made another version last week and it was great, too (you could easily transfer to the crockpot if you want).
Cut up an onion, potatoes and carrots and place in bottom of crock-pot. Put some minced garlic in. Cut up roughly 2 lbs. meat and place on top of veggies. Poor this over the top and put on low for 7-8 hours. EASY
Cut veggies into big chunks and put in bottom of crock pot. Dump in 1 can cream of crap and 1 can condensed French onion and 1 can water. Put beef on top Shake on Motnreal steak seasoning and a few dashes of hot sauce If I want mushrooms or peas I put those in with 30 minutes to go.
