This year has been a big up and down year for me, so I am so thankful for my H being so steadfast and understanding this whole year. Actually, I'm just really thankful that he puts up with me. Period.
I am also thankful for Betty. Even when she's being a pain in the butt, I can't imagine life without her.
I'm thankful for the opportunity that we have living abroad. It was a rough start, but I'm so glad we did it. And I'm thankful for all of the amazing people we've met because of this adventure.

I'm thankful that we were finally able to accomplish our goal of leaving Ohio. I'm sad about the friends I left behind, but then I walk outside and I see the snow-covered mountains and that makes me feel a little better. It's also really nice to live within an hour of C's brother and his family. I love that. I'm thankful for a job that gives me the flexibility I need to be involved in my kids' education and go to the class parties and do all that fun stuff.
I'm thankful that we're all healthy and happy and thriving. Also thankful for the plethora of beer available over here
Quiet on FB, please, but I'm thankful (albeit terrified) that H and I have a pre approval letter in hand and are officially on the house hunt as of this week. The people we've worked with so far in the process have been helpful, efficient and kind. I anticipated more headaches by now.
I'm thankful for my parents. We don't see eye to eye on everything (never have) but they are respectful and loving and treat their adult children like adults. They also love my H as their own kid.
And to be totally cliche, im grateful for my H, the pup, our jobs and our current home. I'm grateful for nearly 10 years in our beautiful town. I'm grateful to have completed my first marathon with no lingering injuries and to still have the ability and desire to run.
This has been a crazy roller coaster of a year for us. Earlier this year I wasn't sure we would still be married so I am very thankful that we were able to work through the rough patch, find jobs we both love and move back to Seattle. Junior is improving daily and is once again safe at school which is a giant relief.
I'm also thankful that H and I worked through a terrible rough patch and came out on the other end stronger and better than ever. I'm thankful that, through that process, we decided we wanted another kid and I was able to get pregnant right away. I'm thankful that this pregnancy has been easy so far. I'm thankful that H has a new job that he really loves and fits in well with. I'm thankful for the work family I have and the flexibility that my job offers. I'm thankful for the great relationship I have with my boss. I'm thankful that my little brother just turned 30 (I honestly wasn't sure he'd make it) and he's doing well in his career, relationship and staying clean and healthy.
I am thankful for everyone on this board. You guys are a great listening board and great with advice.
I am thankful for my little family, my H who works hard and is studying his butt off to better himself and move up the ladder in his job market. Because of him we have everything we need. I'm thankful for health and getting to wake up everyday even if some are harder to work through then others.

I am thankful for my new job and the flexibility to WFH. I am thankful my back is finally doing better and I am feeling stronger again. I am feeling very grateful my inlaws are close and can pick up the slack when bkb is sick or H and I get stuck at work. I am thankful for my carpool buddy when I do drive into Kent.
Honestly, in retrospect its been a total crap year for my family. The amount of time we spent in the hospital was ridiculous. But I'm thankful everyone is alive and relatively healthy.
Thankful for my happy and healthy baby. Thankful for my H, and his job. Thankful for my job. Thankful for our homes. Thankful for you guys and your support.
To add to my earlier post. Junior did a little craft project earlier today and I had to write down 5 things he was thankful for. Completely unprompted he came up with:
Happy Family Coming to Seattle Pizza Mom & Dad My School
I am thankful for my hubby who has been my rock. We spent most of the year in therapy and are in a much better place. Im thankful that he is happier in his new position and that his job lets me me do what i want to do. Im thankful i have my parents still, esp as my dad is going through chemo/radiation.
And i am thankful for this board. While im not super active, i try and stay up to date with whats going on and appreciate what a positive place this board is.
