Did I tell you guys about the crazy lady at the pedi?

Came in after us and tried to run us out of the waiting room because she had an infant with her. We weren't even in the well child waiting area and she got her undies all in a bunch because she expected to have that entire side of the building all to herself. We're talking about waiting areas for 3 different doctors she tried to take over. I'm pretty sure she complained about us too.

She flat out told me we couldn't sit in the waiting room we have been using since DS2 was born. We sat our asses down anyway and she gave up and moved. The best part is that she was the grandmother. Mom and dad were completely fine with the presence of my children and were appropriately mortified by her behavior.

When I worked in pediatrics, grandparents were always 1000x worse than parents.

I still can't believe that happened. I didn't even know what to do in the moment so I just sat there and looked her right in the eye all defiant like. It was almost comical, really.
