Put in the oven at 425 until the Carmel bubbles (about 5 minutes). Dump some chocolate chips on top, melt and spread evenly. Pop into the freezer for about 20 minutes. Break apart and eat!

Omg! Soo good and so easy!
Everyone got that for Christmas one year. I love that stuff. So good. If you make it again sprinkle the top with some finely chopped hazelnuts. So, so good.
