Well, it's kind of an unanswerable question. Unless we work there and know exactly what sort of position you're applying for, we couldn't possibly guess. I've been on plenty of interviews, including large panel interviews, and they're all pretty much the same. People looking at you while you try to be charming and competent and they quiz you on your resume and normal work stuff (dealing with difficult situations, etc). The questions don't change based on the size of the interviewing group, and vary mainly based upon whether the interviewers are zany or boring.
This is pretty typical for my higher ed environment, as are rubrics. The interview questions themselves are pretty standard, it's more like everyone takes one or two, like a play. I was once on a hiring committee for another division that involved at least a dozen people.
You know what you're going into and that's great. I've seen more than one candidate have a panic attack.
