Pins and needles sensation or me. First letdown of a nursing session is the most intense and then subsequent ones are kind of dull feeling, but noticeable.
This exactly. I didn't feel it as much with dd1, but definitely with dd2 and Ds. I also feel it much more strongly on my right side, which is my crazy over producing side.
I never felt it while nursing DD, can't remover with pumping.
I feel it with DS. I have even felt it at times he is supposed to nurse but when I haven't been with him and haven't been pumping, either. That feels really weird.
Never with DD, but almost all the time with DS (pins and needles sensation). I thought it was weird that it was different with each kid, but based on other replies that seems not uncommon.
Yes, I feel the first one of every nursing session. It's a pins and needles feeling, like when your foot wakes up after it falls asleep. It's not unpleasant, but not the greatest feeling either.
Same. I only ever feel the first one, which is usually about a minute into nursing. I can sometimes notice DD being fussy until I feel it and then her sucking pattern changes. I don't think I ever felt one while pumping.

Yes with both kids, every single time.
And I leaked most days randomly. Definitely weird to be talking to your boss and feeling a let down. Then doing a quick mental check to remember if you put on the breast pads in the morning. And then mentally freaking out and doing an awkward glance at your boobs to make sure your shirts not getting wet.

Yeah.
You know what's weird/awkward? Having a let down in the middle of a c-section! Happened to me my first week back at work, and I almost immediately crossed my arms to try to stop the flow. The nurse practitioner looked at me and asked if I was cold, and I had to explain it to her. She laughed a bit.
And since I couldn't pump right away, due to taking care of the brand new baby, I ended up with a wet shirt after about an hour. This was WITH breast pads. I now carry extra in my work bag.

I had the pins and needles feeling too.
I haven't nursed in 1.5 years and I still occasionally get the tingle and it feels so authentic that I check to see if I leaked (there's no milk - I'm just crazy).
