I voted yes because I do every time with DS (both pumping and nursing him), but I didn't feel one the entire 2.5 years I breastfed DD (including when pumping). It's so weird.
Yes, I feel the first one of every nursing session. It's a pins and needles feeling, like when your foot wakes up after it falls asleep. It's not unpleasant, but not the greatest feeling either.
Pins and needles sensation or me. First letdown of a nursing session is the most intense and then subsequent ones are kind of dull feeling, but noticeable.

Nope, never. My mom always described hers fondly like a warm sensation & I was always explaining to her that no, I don't ever feel that. I never leaked either.
Yes, but only early on. At first I had cramping and a slightly tingly sensation with each letdown. It was mostly gone by the time I went back to work but would happen occasionally. After about 6 months I didn't feel them anymore.
I felt a weird and unpleasant ache in the early days and then nothing for many months. I feel the pins and needles sensation now and have felt it for a long time. I don't think I have a forceful letdown and the only time I leaked was the day my milk came in.

Yes and I had a weird sinking depressing feeling leading up to the letdown. Then I would be fine. I finally looked it up one day while pumping and learned that it's actually a thing and has to do with endorphins or something.

Yes, but it took several weeks after he was born to feel it, maybe a month. Then I felt them every time. It felt like a warm sensation and like my breasts were suddenly (and briefly) made of stone, like hard and heavy.

When nursing, not pumping. And I only feel it on the right (higher producing) side. And really, now that I think of it, I only feel it when she is nursing on the left and the right lets down and starts leaking.
I feel them more when I'm not nursing or pumping. Like if I'm just standing there and think about my baby, I'll let down and it's pretty strong, nearly painful. I do feel letdown when I pump, and less so when I'm nursing (although E rarely nurses long enough for me to get a second letdown, so...).

same here! Or when I need him to nurse and my body starts leaking randomly.

Almost always, and sometimes it was very painful, especially on the opposite side. It got better as he got older but I still had a little buzzy feeling.

I feel them, but not all the time. Like someone else mentioned, also when not feeding and I'll leak. I also lean towards having an oversupply and forceful let down.
