How many hours at night does your toddler sleep and what is their age?
DD2 is 14m and she is beginning to sleep less. She use to sleep 12 hours at night and the last few days it's been 10.5. She naps between 1 and 2 hours per day. I'm wondering if I will ever see 12 hours again.
The girls are 20 months. Id day most nights they sleep for 11 hrs and nap for 2 to 3 hours. Some nights they sleep 12 hrs and some they sleep 10.
We put them to bed between 750 and 810 every night. But when they actually fall asleep varies a lot. Like last night K stood at the end of her crib looking into E's crib saying "Ellie night night? Elllllliiiiieee??? Is Ellie night night?" And basically just trying to get her to sit up and play. E just laid there lol. But it was easily 845 before K finally went to sleep. They were both up at 7 today. Normal wake up for them is between 645 and 815.
Eta: I dont think J ever did 12 hrs unless he was sick. He has always slept less. He pretty much stopped napping consistently just after 2. We put him down to nap daily but he just didnt.
Is she maybe just off schedule from TG? You guys traveled, right?
G is 17 months and sleeps 12 hours a night. Sometimes on weekends he'll sleep 12.5 to 13. It took a long time for that to happen though, lol. Our 4mw lasted until he was like 10 months old.
He takes a 1 - 1.5 nap at daycare and a 2-3 hour nap at home on the weekends.

When DD1 was younger (she's almost 5 now) she would easily sleep 12+ hours and then take a nice long 3 hr nap.
DD2 (who is almost 14mo) will occasionally sleep 12 hours without a wake up, but normally sleeps about 10 - 11 hrs with a wake up (where she doesn't put herself back to sleep). She usually takes a 1.5 hr nap but occasionally takes a 2-3 hr nap.
DS is just now exiting a sleep regression. I feel like around 14 months is when he became hit-or-miss with sleep. It was a combination of teething, picking up new words, and working on new skills (jumping and throwing).
On a typical night he does about 10.5 hours. If we get really lucky then we can hit 11-11.5.
ETA: He naps about 2-3 hours at daycare and about 1-1.5 hours at home.
DS will be 2 next month and sleeps about 11 hours. He's in his crib at 7pm and plays for a bit then falls asleep around 730. In the morning he wakes between 630-7 and plays for about 30 minutes.
About 11 hours a night on typical/good nights. We aim to get them in bed a few minutes before 8 and they pretty much fall asleep right away. They wake up around 7/7:15ish most mornings, unless they're in our room due to houseguests (in which case they wake up when my alarm goes off). At daycare they only nap about 1 hour each, but at home they'll nap 2+ hours.
DD has admittedly always been a great sleeper. STTN super early on, not an early riser, and reliably takes long naps. Now that she's almost 3 she doesn't get 12 hours of sleep a night but she's in her crib for nearly that amount of time. She stays up talking, singing and reading and probably is asleep about 11 hours. Then she takes a 2-3 hour nap daily.
DD is 21 months, and sleeps about 11 1/2 hours a night. I'm not sure how long her average nap is at daycare, but on the weekends she typically naps for 2-3 hours.
DS is 19 months. He usually gets 11 hours, give or take half an hour. When he goes to daycare he naps for an hour and a half. When he's home he'll usually nap for 2-3 hours. So 12-14 hours of total sleep a day is typical for him.

From 12-24 months it was around 10-11. We dealt with early wake-ups for a while. Thankfully for us, the older she got the more she slept. Now at almost 3 she sleeps a pretty consistent 12 hours, 8 to 8.
He goes down between 8 and 8:15pm, and I wake him between 7 and 7:15am. Some mornings he's awake when I go in. Other days I have to actually wake him up. So that's about 11 hrs at night.
I've set the 7am wakeup rule because he will still nap 2-3 hrs (depending on our schedule) in the afternoons, and I am holding onto that time for dear life! Waking him at 7 also gives him time with DH before he leaves for work in the morning.

DD is a unicorn sleeper, at least overnight. She is 22 months, and has slept 13-14 hours a night since she was 10 months old. Naps are a different story; they can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours, but she generally naps 1.5 hrs a day.
DD goes down at 8 and is usually up between 6 and 7. She's been on this same schedule since January when we stopped the dream feed at 10:30. She usually takes a 2-3 hour nap around noon as well. She is happy to play in her crib in the mornings and after nap, so she's sometimes in there for 30-45 minutes especially on weekday mornings while DH and I finish getting dressed for the day.
