C started sleeping through the night at 10 weeks. Other than occasional issues relating to teeth or the sniffles, she's been fine.
From about 12-24 months she would get up around 10pm (#bedtimeisforchumps), play for an hour, and then happily go back to bed but we're usually up until 11 or midnight anyway so this never bothered us and I still count that time as sleeping through the night as she didn't make another peep until 7:30am.

No. It started pretty good (jaundice), and gradually got worse. Just when we thought we were at rock bottom, we hit the 4 month sleep regression, and it did actually get worse. I think DH did some sleep training at 4 months (I'm not entirely sure what, since I was pretty much dead to the world), and it got better after that. Until around 7 months when it got really bad again.

No, but he didn't sleep for longer than 5 hours until he was 10 months old. BUT, once he decided he didn't need to nurse so much he started sleeping for 10-12 hour stretches and it's been glorious ever since. Minus some teething or illness issues, that is.
Yes. DS was an up every 90 min- 2 hrs, difficult to put to sleep and no naps kind of baby. Around 13 months DS became a fantastic sleeper. 12 hours a night with a 2 hour nap every day. Then at 2 he climbed out of his crib and went back to being a crappy sleeper. He'll be 6 next month and I finally feel like he's becoming a good sleeper again. It's been hell
DD was not a great newborn sleeper (thanks colic), but she did get much better from like 12 weeks on. It all went to hell at 4 or 4.5 months until we sleep trained at 6 months. Outside of the colic/newborn days, 5 months-6 months was the peak of bad sleeping.
My son's sleep was awesome when he was super teeny. He was a newborn who had to be woken up to eat until he gained back his birth weight. Then around 4 months, we had a blip of horrid sleep... then it got better again. Then at 6 months it got bad again for several weeks (worse than it did at 4 months), and then got got better until like 8.5 - 9 months when it got AWFUL and remained awful until we did sleep training at 11 months. It worked with in the first 2 days, and now he sleeps great at night. (naps are still hit or miss)
Ds1 was a wonderful sleeper until 4 months, he started waking up sometimes 9 times a night, and his sleep was ruined for over a year. So much waking up.
Ds2 was also a great sleeper from the start. We hit 4 months and he started waking up 3 to 4 times a night. But that only lasted a few weeks and he's been generally sttn since, with the occasional hiccup due to teeth or growth spurt etc.
