Jovial organic brown rice pasta is my favorite hard/dried, boxed GF pasta. It can be hard to find in stores though-- I get it at Wegmans. I also really like Cappello's fettucine (made with almond flour & tapioca starch.) It is found in the refrigerated/frozen GF section of my Wegmans, but I think some Whole Foods carry it. It is $$$$ but filling b/c of the protein and fat in almonds, and makes a nice break from rice items. Great texture and cooks in less than 1 min.

Our fave is Tinkayada rice pasta. It's not the cheapest one though so we've stopped buying it as much and now buy more of the Ronzoni GF pasta. We might be easy to please though. The only one I haven't liked is a corn pasta I bought once. It was....weird.
We've been doing black bean pasta more often lately (I realize that's not an option for you) and I can't remember off of the top of my head what brands of the "regular" kind we liked. I do remember we often bought TJ's brown rice pasta - it's pretty good and they have spaghetti, fusili and penne.
I like the Tinkyada pasta which is rice and have also had good luck with the corn pasta from DeBoles. I usually cook them al dente because mushy GF pasta is super gross. I have also learned that when cooking spaghetti like noodles to drop in a little at a time and stir really well because if you don't it clumps and you end up with chunks of hard pasta at the end.
Do you have Cappello's there? It's refrigerated, fresh pasta. Almond flour and eggs, so it's grain free too. It's seriously incredible. I eat gluten and can't tell the difference.

I don't know. I've never looked for it. But I've heard good things about this brand.

WE just bought Edamame pasta from Costco. OMG-it's delicious. It's literally edamame and water and somehow it makes magical pasta. 24g protein, gluten free...I have no idea how it's good but it is! Really good texture. We have it mixed with pesto and it's my new favorite go-to. We only bought one box to try it out and now I want to buy ALL the boxes. WE're not GF, but we don't eat much pasta because it's so carby. I'm excited to add this to our rotation.

Edamame is a legume
Well, I know that. I just didn't know you could make pasta out of it? Call me dumb, I suppose.

They have it at Whole Foods and Natural Grocers here.
I made pasta once for a gluten free friend and used Catelli brand gluten free pasta and it tasted pretty close to regular pasta. I think in the States the brand is called Ronzoni, which I have never tried, but I'm pretty sure it would be the same.
