Breaking out like crazy, itchy, and just generally angry. I've been eating healthier, and my trainer warned me this might happen, so I think my hormones are just outta whack. Can everyone recommend their face wash, moisturizer, face calming techniques?

I use the oil cleansing method which always helps with my break outs. I also use a toner by Aveda and use a light moisturizer to help calm my face down
I would suggest exfoliating more often and making sure to moisturize (I like Aveeno, ultra-calming). Also, do you make sure to wash your face before (if you have makeup on) and after? That might also help. You don't really need harsh chemicals IMO since it hasn't been a problem before, I think just cleaning out the pores should help a lot.
Hmm, good point. I don't wear makeup often, but maybe I'm getting too old to sleep with it on.
yeah, this probably isn't helping. to clarify my earlier question (which I realize didn't say what I meant), you should try to not workout with makeup on either. I made this mistake a couple times and it was bad news. In general I have bad acne and take oral meds for it, so I think about my skin all the time.
I'm a huge fan of the Mario Badescu Calming Cream moisturizer. It's formulated for rosacea and really sensitive skin and I find it doesn't clog pores/cause acne, it's cooling and helps with redness and itching.
i use timewise by marykay. when i first started using it, i noticed a huge difference on how smooth it made my face. my skin is definitely healthier, and haven't had any breakouts since (even while ktfu!)
