As I mentioned in the randoms last night, our microwave no longer opens, therefore is not longer functional.
We love the size of our current microwave (I think it's 1.3 or 1.5 cu ft?) and the higher wattage is nice as well, though not essential. My H prefers one that has the sensor reheat option and we both prefer the keypad for timing to a dial. I want to be able to punch 1:30 [START] and not have any funky preset keypad options that require you to hit a cook time button before punching in the amount of time to cook.
We got ours from Home Depot. Ours is small, but I am sure they have larger options. Ours (Magic Chef brand) has the option to just enter time and press start.

I've just bought ours at Home Depot.
Our last two (two different houses) have been GE. I love them because the numbers 1-6 are preset buttons, so to start the microwave for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 minutes on high, I just have to hit one button (the number). I don't even have to hit start. There's also an "add 30 seconds" button.
If you want to do a power other than high, you do have to hit more keys (power level, a number, cook time, then key in the time, then start), but the only time I do that is if I'm melting butter or chocolate. Otherwise everything is on high.
Do you want something that will sit on the counter or something that you will install? Costco has a few options. If you want a counter unit you can look at Target even. For something you would install, I'd look at Lowes/Home Depot or Best Buy.
