Weekends are definitely harder for me than during the week.
Friday night I had take out Chinese so that wasn't great at all. Then Saturday night I went to my sister's for dinner and I brought Cheesecake for dessert so I had a piece of that. I said no to the bread though, so that was good! Then last night I skipped dinner (forgot to eat, kind of) and just had a piece of chocolate birthday cake.
Definitely had a lot of sweets this weekend! (and then a chocolate donut this AM). But I'm still losing weight - down 6 1/2 pounds since we started the weight loss check in and down TWENTY FIVE pounds since March!
On the exercise side, I went to the gym twice last week and not at all over the weekend. This week I have things going on Mon-Wed night so I won't be able to exercise until Thu! I have to figure out something that I can do at home tonight. Any suggestions?
Also I have a date Wed night and we are going out for dinner. What's the healthiest type of food when eating out? He doesn't like sushi and that's my usual if I want something healthy. Maybe seafood?

I did ok this weekend with the food, but not with the exercise. I was sick Thursday - Saturday, and just didn't have the energy to work out. I did get back on my elliptical yesterday though.
I weigh in on Thursday, so I'll have more to report on Friday.

I haven't been eating much, walked around in Seattle a bit with E this weekend. I need to eat something this afternoon so I have some sort of energy for Crossfit. I'm going tonight and tomorrow, Wednesday I have conflicting appointments so I won't make it, then Thursday I'm going to Texas and not giving a shit for 5 days
I've been better about not being so anal about things. Saturday morning I had a great workout since P was with XH but Saturday itself wasn't great. A ton of booze, mostly margaritas which are full of sugar and calories.
Sunday I was hungover but didn't do too badly. An omelet for breakfast with fruit and then sushi and one glass of wine in the afternoon. P and I shared a small bowl of Butterfinger ice cream last night. I took a walk that morning but I really had no energy to do a full workout.
I'm happier not being so upset about everything that I eat. I keep a really clean eating regime throughout the week but I'm a little more relaxed on the weekend.
I managed to lose some weight last week even though I ate crap. Today my eating has been much better but I still have to work out today.
My goal for the week is to do Insanity 5x plus tennis Sat and Sun. Also bring my own food to work every single day because eating out is expensive and not as healthy.

How is the Insanity workout? I've heard great things.
I lost some weight over the weekend from not eating much. I have been taking some walks around the building at work during lunch to get some movement and sunshine in.
I am hoping to get ds in his bike trailer after work for a short bike ride. It might be nulified by the hotdog place I may take him to for dinner.

Its awesome! I tried the 30 day Shred and found it way too easy and boring even though my fitness level is not great. Insanity kicks my ass every single day. I have seen results in my body after only a month of doing it so I highly recommend it to anyone. It requires no equipment so that was a selling point for me. Plus Shaun T (the guy on the video) is freaking hot.

I will have to check out the link to the workouts that someone posted on Pinterest.
As per usual, my eating habits suck. But I was active ALL weekend so that was awesome. I didn't make my 25 mile goal, but was close. I hope to get it this week. I think getting serious about my running/yoga/general activity is paying off though. Yay!
Ugh, weekends are hard! I never drink enough water and I've been stressed so all I want to do is eat crap. I tried to rein it in and even it out with extra walking.
I'm already out of my element since I'm out of town until tomorrow and we have no option but to eat out for meals. And then DD's b-day is this week, so another out to eat night on the horizon.
Trying my best to stay under control this week and drink enough water every day.

I did okay. I walked around our county fair. I did eat some of those curly fries but stayed away from funnel cakes and other stuff. Sunday I walked 4 miles. This week I plan to continue my healthy eating and get 3 days of exercise.

Had a huge lunch on Friday, so didn't really eat much for dinner, but I did have several drinks on Friday night, so that wasn't great. Saturday, I had a good breakfast, skipped lunch, and had a somewhat bigger than normal dinner, so overall, not too bad. Sunday, big (but healthy) breakfast, somewhat unhealthy dinner (BBQ), but not horrible. Didn't drink much Saturday or Sunday, so that's good, since that's usually where a lot of my weekend calories come from. Haven't gotten a chance to weigh myself, but I would guess that I'm probably up a couple pounds, because I'm usually bloated this time of my cycle.
ETA: On tap for this week is that I'm teaching a dance class tonight, 2 hours of softball on Wednesday, yoga and taking one dance class on Thursday.

I'm down three inches. I've failed my primary goal though. I am injured. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. We'll see how it goes. At least I can still walk, no running for the moment and a possibility of needing surgery in the future...
