No one but me is awake yet, so gifts yet. I know I'm getting the illustrated Harry Potter, yay! Right now I'm reading In the Heart of the Sea: The Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex by Nathaniel Philbrick. I had trouble getting started with it but now I'm enjoying it.

I've finished book #66 for the year and have 2 more in progress. I'm listening to Rebecca and reading A Reader's Book of Days for the last two tasks on the Ultimate Reading Challenge. I also have Death in the Truffle Wood ready to start, but I hate having a book roll over the year, so I may hold off on that one. Decisions, Decisions…
QOTW: My Santa never wrapped anything. If anything under the tree was wrapped, we knew it was from my Arkansas grandparents/aunts/uncles. My Santa was a bit on the lazy side; he didn't even put anything together for us.
I am reading A Family Affair on my Nook. It is fine, I am sure it was a Nook "deal". It has been hard to fine time, the holidays are so busy!
No no books for me today, but I have one more exchange this weekend and I imagine there will be novels and cookbooks and possibly a Barnes & Noble gift card. Yeah!
I'm reading Flight Behavior by Barbara Kingsolver, slow getting into it because of time. No books for Christmas, but I did get the 2nd 1/2 of season 1 of Outlander. It's like a book, right?!
Santa never and does not currently wrap gifts. This year would have been tough with a seesaw and bike!
Is today Friday? I got Bazaar of Bad Dreams for Hanukkah, and Finders Keepers for Xmas. I also got a couple of Phish biography type books from my sister. They're all ACTUAL books, which I haven't read in years (even though I was a long-time kindle holdout). Meanwhile, I'm reading My Life with Owlsley on my kindle (it was a black fishy special and it's so interesting!)
