I'll post a link once I get it set up. You'll go to the site and sign up and pay your bet (it'll probably be $25). A few days before it starts, they will email you with a code word and directions on how to submit your starting weight and then when the bet is almost over they'll do the same thing for your ending weight. Everyone that meets the goal (4% of starting weight lost) gets to split the pot.

Oh I forgot it was 4% ... That is almost 7lbs for me and I'm not sure if I can safely do that w/o losing my supply

namasteak - exactly the same for me. I definitely want to lose 7 lbs but don't know if it's feasible while bf-inch and wanted my to maintain supply. Ugh. But I want to!! Going to start tracking calories again after our New Year's trip since I don't want to be strict paleo.

Anecdotally I don't think you have to be strict paleo to lose weight. I've lost my pregnancy weight + 2lbs (28lbs since ds2 was born) eating what I think is considered "Paleo for athletes". Meaning I eat small amounts of white rice & potatoes which is approved for athletes and many people say nursing moms can eat like athletes.
Since I'm trying to lose about 15 more pounds I'm going limit rice to 1c/day & potatoes to 5oz/day. I'll shoot for 2500 calories/day (50% fat 20% protein 30% carb).
Maybe we could do a nursing mom check in instead of a bet?

I'm here too! I'm dying to cut carbs to drop some weight quickly but I can't because of BFing so I'm counting calories instead. So slow!
Eating enough fat & drinking enough water seems to help my supply when I cut carbs.
