OTC meds require a prescription now
But first aid kits, bandaids, and sunscreen are good items that do not. Also, fancy thermometers - if you know anyone having a baby any time soon, a forehead or ear thermometer is a great gift.
You are pretty much down to the last minute here dude. You want to buy me some glasses? lol
I would get whatever you can OTC - Pain meds, tummy stuff, cough and cold/flu, allergy meds, supplements. The basic, boring adult stuff I guess. Since you can't spend FSA on fun things.

I was in this same position once and got both fancy glasses and fancy sunglasses at a LensCrafters. The sunglasses were non prescription, but they have some sort of anti-glare thing on them.

Do you not have a run out time on your plan? While our plan ends on 8/31 we actually have 60 more days to use the money (then another 60 to submit receipts) also check with your plan and see if you can carry anything over- new rule, not sure exactly when it went into effect as I mentioned our plan isn't calendar year, but now employers can elect to allow a certain amount to rollover, I want to say up to $250? But your employer had to specifically elect to do it
