think I can keep this milk?

My mom bought a quart of whole milk for Tman when we were up there this weekend. It was never opened, and they don't drink whole milk so she sent it home with us. It was in the back of the truck, unopened for the duration of the drive home - 2 hours, maybe a little more. It was room temperature when we got it home. I put it right in the fridge. The expiration date is mid-Oct. I opened it this morning and it doesn't smell "bad," but I think milk always smells funny, so my nose isn't a good indicator. I'd like to keep it, but not if it's going to poison Tman.
