We're having a family party (13 adults/teens and 6 kids) for DD1 and DD3 this weekend. It's not like I need a theme, really, b/c it's mostly adults and it's a dinner/evening party at our house. I kind of like to have one, though, to make it a little more fun. DD1's first bday was "Winter ONEderland." I don't know if anyone would even remember. We had a snowflake cake/decorations and served soup and chili. Is it weird if I do a winter theme again? DD1 is turning 7 and sharing a party with DD3, who is turning 1. I think it's fine, right?
There are lots of cute ideas on Pinterest. I'd actually like to do this for DD1 when she has a friend party, but I don't think we're doing that this year.
I think we're probably having hot turkey sandwiches. I could make "melted snowman" yogurt cups or similar and have a hot cocoa bar.

It will be cute and you can repeat the winter touches no problem. You could always go with a different color scheme or details like snowmen or Frozen or penguins instead of snowflakes.

Oh yes penguins is a cute theme-OP check Pinterest and report back! You can do a black and white penguin theme and make cute cupcakes or black and white cookies! I just need my invite
