Based on the link, what best describes the group you were a part of in high school? I know people will tend to want to say they were a combo, but try to narrow it down for the purposes of the poll.

I most definitely fell into the "prep" group if I have to pick one. I also did choir/theater, but many people from many groups were involved in that. I was not AT ALL athletic.

Geek - performing arts major (dance). I floated between a lot of groups and had a lot of friends, but typically hung out with fellow PA peers, dancers or show choir.
There should be a category for Brains/overachievers. I feel like none of these fit my hs group perfectly. We all had high gpas and everyone was in multiple groups: band, show choir, yearbook/school magazine, student council, prom court, various sports, etc.
ETA: We weren't popular like the Preps and the Jocks were. We weren't quite as awkward as the Nerds.

I chose outsiders. I was nerdy and artsy and Daria bitter. I hung out with a few close girls from childhood, the "I can't wait till we get out of here" stoners and a few kids who did lots of drugs.

My high school had cliques, but it was such a small school (around 400 total students in 9-12) that we basically all got along. Of course, we had drama, too...because high school. I was a floater, I guess. All of my best friends were in the "popular" group, but my boyfriend was in the "skater" group. I dressed more skater/alternative and was always voted "most unique" aka "weirdo".

I guess I'd say preps, just because my friends were mostly people I knew from my classes and those were the going-to-college/AP tract type classes. But within that my closest friends were mostly all from the tennis team. I didn't feel like things were that cliquish, more just you become friends with the people you spend a lot of time with.
I chose special snowflake. I was a jock, then sports got too competitive and I quit. I got good grades and was on academic extras, however after quitting basketball, was more likely to be out back smoking on my lunch. My senior year, I moved out of my parents home, lived on my own, discovered all kinds of drugs, yet was still the editor of our yearbook, got along fine with the jocks and popular crowd and still graduated with honors.
I was so screwed up, yet fit in with every group there was.
I don't know what I was but I definitely wasnt popular.
I remember in 7th grade (my first year at this new school) and I hung out at recess with the group of "non popular" girls, I guess the girls decided they were too cool for me so for some bizarre reason they asked some of the "popular kids" to tell me that no one wanted to hang out with me. 12 year old me was crushed. I cried all through recess and the beginning of class lol.
I was friends with a lot of people, but I avoided, or was not accepted by, the extremely popular rich kids. I lived on the wrong side of the tracks. I was sporty-nerdy-friendly-non-partier.
Freshman and sophomore year: Wannabe gangster (so glad I didn't go down that path). I was affiliated with this group and tried to take on the look but never was one.
Junior and Senior year: Groover Raver CA Party crew and rebel scene
I feel like my group didn't quite fit these definitions. Maybe I'm too old. Kind of goth/rocker/emo but lots of thespians too...I would say most of my group either was on stage or doing crap behind the scenes.
I wouldn't have thought of us like that, though. I thought of us like an assembly of people who probably should be in a bunch of other groups - jocks, drama, band, nerds, etc. - but for whatever reason we didn't click with those groups. So we formed our own. We were friendly and good students for the most part. And we were really diverse. I liked it a lot.

I will say I was totally a mean girl in middle school. My group legitimately voted people out of our lunch table if we decided we didn't like them anymore. We were such little bitches.
