I'm undecided between Elizabeth Warren and Hilary Clinton for President.
My law would be: *real* UHC, separation of church and state, or strict campaign finance reform, including the overturning of Citizens United. I have a hard time choosing which would be more beneficial to us as a country. Probably campaign finance reform.

Hillary Clinton with Elizabeth Warren for VP. Single payer Universal Health Care System all the way. My second place law would be what sbp said about corporate personhood.
Okay, I have not point out here, that you cannot "legislate" around supreme court cases. If the supreme court has said it's unconstitutional, you cannot draft a law saying it's allowed.
I just want to make sure we're all on the same page there.
But you can change the Constitution to make it legal...
I'd go Jon Huntsman with Colin Powell as VP and a Fair Tax. There would be a laundry list after that but I'd start there.
I agree with both Newsom and Warren but NOOOO to ending DOMA. I mean, yes to ending DOMA, but if I was going to pass a law I wouldn't just repeal the one forbidding same-sex marriage, I would pass one that actually ALLOWS it!! ;D Repealing DOMA wouldn't make same-sex marriage legal.
My first choice isn't a law - a constitutional amendment that would make Citizens United irrelevant.
My first choice that actually is a law is to pass universal health care (not insurance, care.)

I'm going to play too I figure owning property in the US has to count for something!!!
I actually agree with Marie - Chuck Schumer - he's pro-choice, supports gun law reform, is pro-gay marriage (finally, he wasn't always)
And the law? Well I'd overturn/repeal/whatever the 2nd Amendment. I would make it illegal for any regular citizen to own most types of guns. I would totally abolish conceal & carry to start though. I'd be an American's worst nightmare, basically
Me for president Just kidding I am not sure who but the law I want is that no man can legislate or vote on women's health issues. No vagina no opinion.
