Last week I uploaded some pictures to walgreens and had them printed. I received them today in the mail and they look like crap. SUPER grainy.
I u/l them directly from the card - I also u/l all the pictures to my sisters computer and she used walgreens to print them and they came out fine - so i don't think it's something I did.
I contacted walgreens in their live chat thing on their website- explained the pictures came out horribly. The CSR agent issued a refund right then.
whoa. I'm surprised. I thought I would have to take them into a walgreens and show them.. nope. Still sad i dont' have pictures, but atleast i'm not out $30.

Nice. The same thing happened to me a few months ago when I uploaded pics to the Walgreens website. I picked them up in store, though, that way I don’t pay at all if I don’t like them.

The only reason I had them shipped was bc they lowered the price .9/print ... It was $46 for me to pick them up in the store, and $28 if I had them shipped, and it was free shipping.. lesson learned I guess.
I have ordered prints twice from them (including yesterday) and both times the pictures have been grainy. I don't understand what is happening, but I'm glad I only spent 90 cents yesterday because I won't be going back.

Really? That’s strange. When I ordered, it was cheaper to print to store. Guess They run promos & stuff. I thought it was a one-off, but judging from the responses here, I guess it’s becoming a problem for them.

My sisters orders from them pretty often and she's never had any issues. Quite strange. Oh well. I won't use them again. I'm going to give shutterfly a shot
