I have two, bone-in turkey breasts to cook for the birthday party tomorrow.
I am doing them in the crock pot (at least that's the plan), on low, for about 12 hours. If I start them tonight at 8 or so and cook overnight, and then shred and cool it int he morning, do you have any idea how long it would take to reheat in the crock pot again???
I agree with minismama I made a turkey breast in November and it cooked fast. A few hours? Maybe even do them up tonight and then reheat them for the party tomorrow? Maybe they'll need an hour if you start it on high and monitor?
Ohhhh yum. Have you ever had a roast turkey and butter sandwich? Like just use butter instead of mayo or any other condiment. Now you just made me crave one. I swear it's so good even though it sounds strange

This is my favorite way to eat left over turkey. Has to be white bread too. Mmmm.

No but that sounds amazing!!!! I actually really like sour dough toast with a thick slather of butter on each slice and then sandwich crisp bacon. Yup! Bacon and butter sandwich mmmmm.
