I passed out bday invites for dd1s party last Friday. No one has rsvpd and I need to give a head count next Wednesday. I Asked for rsvpd by this coming Sunday. If no one rsvps, what do I do? I don't have these kids numbers because they are from daycare for the most part. They are all buddies she talks about and we have attended most of their parties so it's not an odd invitation.
If still nothing by Sunday maybe drop a quick note in the bags Monday saying you haven't heard from anyone so if you don't hear by Tuesday you assume they cannot make it. Or something nicer...lol
Do you not have a group email list? At our preschool most invites are sent via email. We have a directory with everyone's contact info, including email addresses. I'd send out an email reminder if I were you.

No email list. It's a daycare preschool so the kids change. My girls are now on a part time schedule for the next few weeks and then they aren't attending anymore. I guess have have contact info for three of them that we've done plays dates with on the past. I'm just finding it very annoying that no one has replied and I'm trying to plan favors and games.
If they're like me, they read the invite and put it aside b/c they have a whole week to deal with it. I know some people are the RSVP ASAP type. I am not. And it's not b/c I am waiting to see if something better comes along, I just don't do it right away.
See what happens the rest of the week and then I guess send a note on Monday if you need, too. I would be annoyed to get a note prior to the RSVP date. Maybe by next week it will only be one or 2 people and you can just catch them at pick up or drop off.
