Dd is having a small friends party at an indoor playground next weekend. Being that I'm such a planner lately (ha!) I have nothing planned. An hour/hour and a half of play time, followed by pizza, cake and ice cream. I thought I'd print frozen coloring sheets, put crayons on the table, make a pin the nose on Olaf game and ...do I need something else? As far as favors go, I saw some mini puzzles with frozen theme and thought I'd make a "build Olaf" snack bag with marshmallows and pretzels, would you put something else in? It's both boys and girls if that makes a difference so I'm trying to avoid the princess crowns and wands.
At an indoor play place the point is that you don't have to plan anything!
My kids would ignore all of that, play until they were falling down exhausted, shove down 1/2 a piece of pizza the stumble out to the car cake drunk.
This. All the indoor gym places we've been for birthdays kids play and the staff sort of keep things going. Then you move to a party room for pizza and cake and that's it.

The "build Olaf" bag should also have some chocolate chips and maybe a piece of candy corn in it if you can find it this time of year, but beyond that, I wouldn't do anything else . Like the others said, it's an indoor play place, the kids can entertain themselves!
Team no activities are needed! Favors and cake are all that you need. Snacks/food depending on the timing. We had our first non-home party this past year and it was SO easy. We will be doing that from now on.

I think the coloring pages are a good idea...in the parties we've had at indoor places, it's nice to have something to entice the kids to sit down while the food is being served or for kids to do if they finish early/don't want to eat pizza while waiting for cake, etc., and coloring pages are simple and easy for that. Ds's last party, I found sticker pages (the kind where you put stickers on a background to make a scene) in the theme of the party and also had stampers, and the kids loved both those, I was glad I had them. You don't NEED them, but if it's no extra stress then why not?
I think what you have planned is perfect! No need for more. We went to a party recently where there was an activity then afterwards they had exactly that, coloring pages, pin the tail game, cake, pizza and music. Everyone had fun! The only thing is they had a limited number of "prizes" for the pin the tail game, but the kids who went first just took them. The age group was 4-5 so I think the prize thing wasn't a great idea. They should have just not had them or had enough for everyone (they were those party horn things).
I don't know how it works at your indoor playground. If it's really just a playground, having the things you talked about sounds good. At our bounce place, the kids run and play for about an hour, and then go right into the party room for cake & drinks, then gifts. It's all timed out and there isn't time for anything else.
