They are all terrible. I used to try to get just a tiny bit in at a time w a medicine dropper and they would still spit it out most of the time. Pedialyte popsicles sometimes worked, but those are gross, too. I finally stopped trying and started using Gatorade.
My kids like the orange watered down a bit and super cold. With a straw. Gatorade isn't recommended for babies and toddlers, but if she's older and its all shell drink I'd just water it down a little
The new flavors taste pretty good (I work for them - disclosure). The strawberry lemonade powder pack is my favorite, as are the Advanced Care flavors, cherry punch and blue raspberry.

The unflavored is a little saliney but would be easily masked by a stronger flavor. Would she drink it if you mixed the unflavored with a bit of sprite to make it taste better. That way the straight soda sugar wouldn't upset her stomach either.
DD wouldn't drink Pedialyte after the age of 1.5 because of the taste. I'd suggest mixing it with Gatorade or water down the Gatorade. My DD got super dehydrated last year when she had the flu and the only thing she would drink was apple juice, so I watered it down with the plain pedialyte.
I tasted Pedialyte when I had the stomach bug and discovered that it tastes horrific. Then I felt kinda bad for giving it to my kids in the past, ha. Gatorade is much better.
