A lot of doctors will tell you they worry less about how high the fever and more about the behavior. I would take her in. Perhaps she is seriously dehydrated and an IV would perk her up.
I work in a pediatric clinic and I would tell you to bring her in if you called our urgent care line. Her hydration and electrolytes should be looked at. I hope she's OK and back to normal soon.
Toledo I understand both of your girls are sick, but I would have urgent care/pediatrician/ER check her blood sugar for your peace of mind. T1D would make her incredibly lethargic and mimic the exact symptoms of a stomach bug. It gets misdiagnosed for the flu regularly, especially when something is already going around the family.
