Mine has an entire outfit (either work clothes if I'm running first, or running clothes if I'm working first), shower gel/shampoo (one product), deodorant, makeup bag, watch, shoes. It's really minimal. No fun products.
This inspired me to clean out my bag, so now there is much less trash. I didn't find dirty underwear but it totally could have happened.
Mints (I grab one at the desk at my yoga studio for DD but then I tend to forget to give it to her), granola bar, tube of nuun, dry shampoo, Bb cream, razor, wet bag, comb, cap & goggles, deodorant, hairties & a headband.

Shampoo, conditioner, two hairbrushes, at least 40 hair ties, a chamois, a pack towel, a pair is flip flops, deodorant, 5 different kinds of sunscreen, three pairs of goggles, six caps, aquaphor, a change of underwear, ChapStick, and a whistle.
I might have a problem.
(I also have a swim gear bag with fins, snorkel, two kickboards, and a pull buoy.)
nothing--just the clothes I will wear. I keep some hair ties and a headband in there and a mini perfume but that is it. I never shower anywhere else but home and everything else I might need is in my purse (lotion, aquaphore, tampons, etc)
Right now? Outfit, shoes, a squishy ball for my tight chest, wrist wraps and a weightlifting belt and a jump rope I haven't used since July, and some hair ties.
Outfit for the day, flip flops for the shower, running shoes, heart rate monitors, makeup, deodorant, makeup remover cloths, hair ties and headbands. I keep telling myself to pack lotion because it's so dry right now, but I always forget.

Right this moment, a pair of workout pants and a pair of socks. I didn't repack from Tuesday.
Usually, I'll have a couple shirts and pants, my running shoes, socks, headphones and I think that's it. I tend to run after work, so I just go home in all my sweating stinky attire
I'll seriously have to re-think this if I ever decide to workout in the mornings since my bad will be far too small.

Yesterday, since I went before work: Work outfit, towel, toiletry bag with shampoo, conditioner, make-up, toothbrush & paste, comb, hair products, hair dryer, brush & straightener, body glide, water bottle, lock. I wore sweats over my workout shorts and tank, hair ties.
If I go to the gym after work, I usually only have workout clothes and sweats for after, hair ties, body glide and a water bottle.
I'm working out at home today, but will have a similarly filled bag tomorrow. I am so glad I got a new gym bag a couple of months ago.
Workout clothes CrossFit shoes Lifters Lifting belt Wrist wrap Hair ties Extra headband Tampons Pee pads - not kidding Regular pads Lacrosse ball Hand grips - never use Protein powder Running shoes - We're running a 5k at CF today Nuun - I think Wireless headphones - because of running today Running belt - Running today GPS watch - Running today Sunglasses
I normally don't carry my running stuff unless I plan to run after CF or there is a longer run at CF.
I haven't cleaned out my bag so I am sure there's random stuff in there as well.

I workout before work, so:
Work Clothes & shoes Towel/Hair towel (usually the towel lives on top since it doesn't fit in my bag) Shower stuff - shampoo, conditioner, comb (I just use hot water to wash my face in the morning & the gyms body wash) Hair product/deodorant/lotion/q-tips/extra hair ties Makeup Cap & goggles Lock iPod/headphones/pen/lifting workout Drawstring bag to put my stinky workout clothes in
Garmin & HRM Shoes for the gym RoadID Headphones and phone armband A Clif or Builder Bar depending on the workout. Water bottle is on the bike
I bike straight to the gym in the morning, so I just roll out of bed and into my workout clothes.
We have showers at the office, so I keep my toiletries there. On Mondays I bring in a bag with clothes for the week, and both work & running shoes stay at my desk.
I got a second bike bag so that "gym stuff" is separate from "other stuff" -- mostly my phone, keys, lunch, and anything else that's for work -- and it has made everything go way smoother.

An entire outfit (this includes shoes and a jacket) A little bag for my jewelry. It also has extra hair ties and bobby pins. Face wipes to remove make up Hopefully a headband but if not that's what the bobby pins are for.
