I went on a spending spree recently and bought a lot of stuff so I've slowed down. I had to go buy a reflective vest with a strobe for the run we did yesterday at CrossFit. If I continue running at night I need a headlamp. That was rough running in the dirt with no light and I had to rely on the cars passing for me to see.
I did buy that gangster rap shirt that stackingtens posted and I posted about it. I really like the fit.
I'm still looking for a belt for my iPhone 6s+. Got the Fitletic and it took me five minutes to put my phone in. So I took it back. I saw a Nathan belt when we were at a bike shop buying a bike for DS over Christmas but my only issue with it was that it didn't have bottles on it which I would eventually need for my marathon training during the summer. So I'm not sure if Nathan has bottles that you can attach to the belt after you buy it. Other than that I really don't have anything I want/need.

I ended up buying the RaceDots - one of the colors was on sale and I knew I was too lazy to attempt to make them.
I just ordered a balaclava (mostly for dog walking, but could come in handy for runs) and a pair of hot pink compression socks. I have sleeves, but I'm hoping that the socks will be easier to get on at 5:00 am.
I really don't need anything, but that doesn't stop me from looking. I've been wanting to try an insulated running skirt for over my tights- as I sit here at 10:30 with my ass still thawing from a 5:30am run in 12 degrees. I was fine until I got home and started warming up. I'm just not sure I'd like running in one. I am very "gifted" in the butt area, which I thought would help but no.

Thanks for this thread I just remembered that I have $125 in gift cards from Running Warehouse!! I am looking at winter hats with a pony tail holder, a visor, and long sleeve tops. I also need to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes.
I am in the market for a new cruiser bike this spring and am eyeballing the white step through frame. www.prioritybicycles.com/store

I have a 6+ and my phone fits in the fitletic 2 bottle belt but I have to take it out of the case. Also, it's the only thing that fits (I think) and I bought another pouch to hold my other items.
ETA: I had a really hard time finding a hydration belt that would hold my phone. I also use a hydration pack for longer runs in the heat. No worries about where to put my phone with that thing.

Ahhh...I didn't even think to take my phone out of it's case. Might have to try buying another one while I'm at the 3M race expo. Although I did find a competitor version that gets good reviews and people say it holds the 6s+ for half the price of the fitletic on Amazon. The fitletic also kept moving and I had the smallest size available which drove me nuts. So I kept having to move it back down.
Old Navy has some activewear on sale with 18% cashback if you go through ebates.
I really hate ON. Everything I've ever bought there has literally fallen apart in a matter of months.
Then again, I haven't bought anything there in maybe 10 years.
I've had good luck with the workout stuff I've bought from there - they've lasted a few years and aren't stretched out or anything. Probably the same level as my target stuff.
I'm also partial to them because I can't find longer running/ workout shorts anywhere else.
I will be overdue for some new running shoes when I'm cleared to run again after the baby (and hopefully my feet go back to a normal size?!)
I'd like to find sporty sunglasses that won't slip with sweat but still look decent. I have really sensitive eyes and I need good sunglasses. I've tried wearing hats and that doesn't cut it when it's really sunny.

I want a fucking RD that understands the needs of athletes that have weight issues thanks to other underlying medical issues, and not some LN that hasn't seen a treadmill in years and doesn't believe in women being strong, just skinny as a hallmark of health.
I feel like I'm chasing a magical opalescent unicorn here.
I am still fired up on yours and emilyj's behalf. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?! Ugh. I'm getting mad all over again for you guys.
Also see my ETA on my previous post wambam , and get even more fired up. And then change your career. But only for me, lol.
I texted my H "If I were brave I would go back to school and become an RD for athletes" and I'm current on the UD College of Health and Sport Science webpage.
