My all time favorite was my Nintendo. I still remember the sound of super Mario brothers! Also Barbies, my little ponies and Legos. I also loved my doll house.
We had some weird ones (it was the 80's and I'm Canadian) like Keepers and Puffalumps. I loved my Cabbage Patch dolls. I also had Potato Head Kids, which my mom kept and my kids are now playing with.
I forgot about keepers! I wanted one but never got one. I also loved my Popples and Pogo balls.
Oh, Popples were awesome! I remember thinking my grandparents were pretty cool because they gave me one that was bright orange and lime green. I wish I still had that thing. Also, remember Koosas? Those weird Cabbage Patch animals? My sister had one and it kind of freaked me out.

My Little Pony was probably my all time favorite. I had a million of them and my interest lasted several years.
Cabbage Patch Kids of course. I still have my 1983 original. Well, I did. DD claimed it a long time ago. Sylvanain Families (Calico Critters of today), Strawberry Shortcake, Speak and Spell, any and all stuffed animals, Shrinky Dinks, Spirograph....I could go on an on. I still have my Popple.
When I was 11 I got a Nintendo and that got played with for the next 10 years. I still have it and would love to find a way to make it work again! We are missing a lot of cables though.
I was too old for American Girl but I would have been all over that if I had been born a few years later. I'm making up for it by indulging in DD's interest.

Well, we must be the same age, because literally of all this! I still remember the day my dad calling from work to say he heard that there were going to be a limited number of Cabbage Patch dolls at a certain store, and my mom literally ran out the door to go get me one. It was one of the originals and I loved it more than anything. I still have it, and the other couple I ended up getting, along with a Koosa (it was my brother's but I swiped it).
I still have my Sylvanian families. I used to have them all lined up on my dresser with the little sticker under each family. I also still have a few of my Strawberry Shortcakes, but my favourite of all time is the Purple Pieman of Porcupine Peak. Would you believe he's been in a storage bin for probably close to 30 years and he still smells amazing (the last time I checked, anyway)?
I sold my Popple in a garage sale many years ago, and I still regret it.
Once I got into Nintendo around age 12 or so, I was addicted to that darn thing. I remember sitting in my friend's basement playing a bootleg version of Super Mario 3 for days on end until we finally beat it.

I think I mostly played dolls with a cabbage patch doll, barbies, board games like mall maddness, but my favorite was my heart to heart bear (it had a battery powered heart that thumped when you hugged it). I was also really active and used to roller skate outside or in my basement.

I remember Sweet Secrets - those were the little ones that the head and hands folded into the body, right? My sister and I were just talking about those!

Yes! I found some on eBay and bought them to pass down to DD.
