Would she be comfortable looking on Craigslist for a temporary space? A lot of people advertise looking to sublet an apartment or something like that.
Someone moving into your house 5 days before your due date just sounds chaotic. I think it's perfectly reasonable to ask her to hold off for a month or two.
extended stay hotels rent a week at a time, have kitchenettes, and are generally fairly priced. i'd have her look into that, if it's a month, only. but i'd wait until everybody leaves, wait a week, *then* allow her to come stay with you.

extended stay americas tend to be grotty, but Residence Inns by Mariott also have kitchenetts. They are nice (and have free breakfast), might be kind of spendy for a whole month, though. Also, if you google short term furnished housing in seattle, a few websites will come up.
I would definitely look at craigslist. Also, the temp housing companies that the big tech companies use also rent to individuals, but I'm not sure how pricey it is (I think it's pretty pricey)
