I just put a new battery in my phone and the guy told me to let it run down to 5% before I charge it. The little yellow line in my battery icon is making me anxious.
What are things that don't really matter but make you anxious anyway?
I have a long list of weird things that give me anxiety. Getting the mail, walking into a room full of people, not enough or too much rain, city driving, just to name a few.
If ds has food/spills on his clothes. If I notice a hole or stain in something I'm wearing. If I get a tiny run or pull in tights or sweaters. Hmmm I have apparel issues apparently.
Getting "official" looking mail, even when I know it can't be something bad and online shopping during sales and getting wound up that someone else will buy everything while I'm browsing (First world problem, for sure).

I hate driving in general. Sometimes in traffic my palms get sweaty and I start to feel sick to my stomach.

OMG I have been getting a scam phone call claiming that the IRS is suing me. Today I got a letter in the mail from the real IRS and I was like oh crap.

Ugh yes! I always panic and rip it open and find out its a credit card offer

People leaning back in chairs (chairs that aren't meant to recline). And if it's my kids, even them pushing their chairs back from the table, makes me feel like they are going to tip.

People whistling. Like if I'm on the subway platform and it's pretty empty and some guy walks by whistling. It totally creeps me out and makes me anxious. Also, when people walk along the edge of the platform on the yellow line.

I thought of something else today as I was riding in the car. Motorcycles. They make me so nervous. They are so hard to see and they zip all around. I'm so scared I might hit one.

Me, too! I also hate flyovers. I have to literally give myself a pep talk to drive on one.
Letting my gas tank drop below a quarter gives me anxiety.

Yes, the official mail thing! I always think I'm in trouble. Now that DD is school aged, we get a lot of "to the parents of..." Still makes me anxious.

Driving on narrow roads.
Fog.
Phone calls from unknown numbers.
My moms number is unknown so I get those all the time. Funny, still gives me anxiety at times
