If I go out and I buy an old USSR flag and hang it for labor day?

There are posts about flying American flags for Labor day on my HOA board and I'm feeling surly.

Labor day celebrates workers. Not the formation of america, the military, etc.

I'm pretty crunchy, but fly a USSR flag is something I would never ever do. But my H is from East Germany, so we no likey.

I could just fly a red flag but that might get lost on most.

But it wouldn't get lost on you! I wear orange on St. Paddy's Day and no one gets it. I view labor as such an important part of making America what it is today, and that's what I would see looking at a flag on Monday, but I understand where you're coming from.

My father wears orange on St. Patricks day too. Always has.

I get the orange! But only because I watch too much tv. The green leprechaun fighting the orange one is one of my favorite Simpson's moments.
