The proposed anti-abortion Personhood Amendment won't be on the ballot, the Colorado Office of Secretary of State announced Wednesday morning, because it fell short of the required number of petition signatures by 3,859.

My theory: due to the wildfire in the Springs, they didn't have as much time to stand outside the churches to collect signatures. That's pretty much all they had to do the last couple times.
Is it too much to hope that people are just getting sick of having this on the ballot every freaking second? Because I really hope that this signals the DEATH of this ridiculousness.
