I'm up to be te church barista again. Shouldn't have to do it again until May though so that's good.
I asked my H last week to dig into my neck with his thumb because it was a trigger point I couldn't really do myself. Now he's obsessed with doing it. I'm not complaining at all.
I have to work this morning. Whomp whomp... At least it should be pretty laid back. We are going live with a new workflow in the clean room tomorrow so today will be spent prepping everything so we are ready to go for tomorrow. Playing with the label maker while wearing a bunny suit while my tech makes a crap load of drugs.

Been up since 8am this morning when my dog decided he was hungry and needed to lick my face non-stop. Darn dog - I needed more sleep. I made him go for a walk first, which he didn't want to do as I don't want him to get used to me getting up for him just for food. We had brunch and then a builder came over to see what work we need to do on the Vale house. We're going to lift this afternoon and then head to the Cumbrian house - I'll get to have a gorgeous shower (the Vale house has a shit shower) after we do the walk-through for our snag list.

I've decided it's a rest day. Back to bed for me. This ended up being our project yesterday. This whole room was carpeted. Needless to say it's not anymore so now we have to figure out what our next step is.

I'm still laying in bed. Dogs got us up earlier for breakfast. Going grocery shopping this morning. Then I have a yoga class and hoping to get in a few miles. It's supposed to be gorgeous today so may just sit outside in our little yard and read. What a difference a week makes last week we were digging out from the ice/snow storm and it was barely above freezing, today it should get close to 70*.

I'm up with coffee, the dog, and my son. I'm hoping to run 5 miles when DH gets home. I'm trying to decide if its better to strap on Yak Trax and run on the snowy trail near my house, or try to find somewhere else.
I'm up. I was up half the night not being able to breathe so it will be a day of duo-Neb treatments. I think I may take an extra rest day since my workout yesterday sucked.
I need to run today. I have 0.5 lbs to lose to win my dietbet. Ugh! I think I have until tomorrow to weigh in, maybe Tuesday. Any suggestions??
I ran 5 yesterday probably will do 4 today. It's supports to be mid 40s maybe even 50 today here which is unseasonable warm.
Drink a lot of water this morning and then nothing for the rest of the day & evening - it's water weight that you'll lose. If you exercise a lot and sweat, it might work.

Here. I have cross training today so I may run stairs at the local high school football field. My friend M claims it will be good for me. I will most likely want to punch him when I am done. I am itching to run though so I am thinking about throwing 4 miles or so into my plan.
A friend asked me to join her for her 13 mile long run as she trains for Boston. I actually told her to not run today because she had the stomach bug last night.

High of 46 today! Weather forecast looks warm for the week. You know.. warm for Boston winter.

I'm having a hard time getting up. H is headed out to get groceries to make breakfast and I'm making him cook because this was not my idea. My idea was to eat out but his dad has to go to church so we won't have time. I'm trying to will myself to get out of bed but it's not working. I want to get in around 7 miles today before the rain hits but my mind and body aren't cooperating.
