How has your swimming been in the winter? How often have you been able to get into the pool? My swimming has been a travesty this winter. I managed to get in a series of swim clinics which I think has really helped my form, but with my home base pool not open on the weekends and with my Jan schedule, I just haven't been able to get in the pool for mid-week laps. I have to refocus on that in Feb.
Any injuries currently? Nagging aches and pains? Niggles? Shockingly nothing to report here. How can that be? I had a little niggle in my left ankle after Charleston, but it seems to have gotten better.

Tell me about your bike(s):
I only have 1 bike, a Fuji road bike. Right now it lives on the trainer in my bonus room. I ride it once a week right now, in addition to a spin class once a week. When the weather gets better, I'll do all of my training outdoors on that bike. I am also planning on adding aerobars this spring.
How has your swimming been in the winter? How often have you been able to get into the pool?
I am happy to get 1 session in the pool a week, but 2 is ideal. Swimming is my strong suit, so I can let it go a bit over winter while I train for a half marathon.
Any injuries currently? Nagging aches and pains? Niggles?
Nope! I ran 7 miles today, my longest since my knee injury, but I felt really good.

I hope y'all don't mind if I lurk in here from time to time. I love 70.3 training and racing, I just think (know) it'd be delusional to sign up for one this summer with Hobbes being < a year old. I'll be satisfied if I get in some shorter stuff this year.
