I'm almost 17w and haven't felt any movements I'm for sure are baby. I've felt a few flutters and things but am not 100% it was baby. I felt a definite kick at 15w with my first and my H was able to feel kicks at 16w. I was so exited about feeling movement sooner this time - it's my fave part of being pg!
My ob wasn't concerned when I saw him last week and said that chasing a toddler makes it harder to focus on feeling movement. He also asked how often I'm laying quietly and not asleep these days, lol. I do get some quiet time in the evening after G goes to bed but haven't felt anything then. At the last u/s I had at 13w my placenta was posterior but I know they can move a bit.
When did you know you felt movement with your 2nd+ pg? When did it start becoming regular?
I actually felt it really early this time around, however I'm now 27 weeks and there's days I don't feel anything until I lie down at the end of the day! Between work and DS #1, I don't have time to focus on movement... although right now he's kicking me in the bladder, so it would be nice of him to stop ;-)
I think it just depends on #1 the baby, and #2 the position of the placenta. With my first she seriously never moved except for sometimes when I first woke up. It also took a long time to feel her because I had an anterior placenta and I guess she would just kick/punch into that and I wouldn't feel it. This time around, the baby is a ninja and he is ALWAYS moving and I felt it much sooner. So I wouldn't worry about it at all!
Well I am pregnant with my first, but I am going to answer anyway
I didn't feel anything for sure till 19w. I, too, was freaked out and the internet told me some people feel kicks earlier with the second and some don't. I wouldn't worry about it.
I didn't feel anything until 20 weeks. My placenta was previa at that point but ended up anterior. (I didn't feel movement until like 22-23 with my first either though.)
I'm sure 17 weeks is still well within normal range to not feel consistent movement yet!
I have been thinking about writing this same post! I am slightly nervous for my OB appt today because I figured I'd definitely be able to feel her kicking by now, and she was so active last time that he couldn't get a good reading with the doppler.
I've felt what I *think* is movement, but it's easy to convince myself it's just gas.

I'm on baby #3 and I haven't felt near as much as I did with my first two! I'm almost 33wks and just now getting strong enough kicks for DH to feel/see! I felt baby #2 insanely early (12wks with outside kicks at 15wks!) so it is a little surprising that this one is soooo late!
Ultrasounds show baby is moving a bunch but my placenta is apparently very long and anterior so I guess that is masking stuff.
With my first I didn't feel movement until 24ish weeks. This time around I was definitely feeling something around 18 weeks, but only in the past day or two has it gotten to the point that I can feel kicks. I'm 20weeks tomorrow. Still no movement outside though.

I've started to feel flutters here and there pretty early, maybe 13 or 14 weeks, but they weren't so definitive that I could guarantee you that they were the baby. They are still like that now--not regular and not obvious enough that I could say, with confidence, that I've been feeling him.
Last time, I think I first started feeling movement around 19 weeks. I don't think I noticed the flutters before then or connected them to the baby anyway...

We're due at the same time and I'm not feeling much yet either. Sometimes a flutter that might be gas or baby, but that's it. DS didn't move a ton, but when he did it got annoying toward the end. So I'm kind of trying to enjoy the peace!
I haven't felt anything with Baby #2 yet since I'm still so early, but with DD I didn't feel anything until 20 weeks. It's possible that this babe is a little more calm or not as kicky as baby #1 was maybe?
