I've been making the same grilled chicken salad for lunch for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I'm going to burn out on it.
Please suggest something different (that's easy)
This is what I use: spinach cole slaw mix kale cucumbers grape tomatoes baby carrots cauliflower broccoli light balsamic vinagrette dressing
HALP ME PLEAZ. I like pretty much any vegetable, can't think of anything that I don't like Oh and I have a ton of chicken cooked and in the freezer so I'm still going to need to use chicken for a while

You can top with chicken, salsa, shredded pepperjack or Mexican blend cheese, corn, black beans, and bell peppers (maybe with a jalapeno ranch or cilantro vinaigrette).
sorry meant to say I'm not eating dairy so cheese is out
Why did you decide to cut out dairy? Is this only temporary? Just curious.
My weight loss was stagnating so I cut out bread and dairy just to see what would happen. So far it's working. Lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks
ETA: I cut out alcohol too but that was at the end of July and didn't seem to have an immediate effect on my weight loss b/c I didn't lose anything the first half or so of August

Wow, your will is much stronger than mine! I could never cut out dairy. But then again, I do work in an ice cream shop.

I eat it as a "treat" once or twice a week... Usually my son and I will get frozen yogurt or I had pizza last weekend. I just don't eat it as part of my "regular" diet. And I eat the.same.thing.every.day for every meal. No joke. It's ridic

If I ate the same thing every day I would just die, because I would not be motivated to eat.

I have been living on a chopped southwestern chicken salad. Chicken Corn Black beans green pepper tomato onion cilantro greens I make a dressing out of dry taco seasoning and dry ranch dressing mixed with no fat sour cream and no fat mayo and a little milk. Toss with all above.
I like the idea of a savory salad with blue cheese crumbles, red grapes, walnuts, and blue cheese dressing
I also make a chicken thai salad with cilantro, peanuts, shredded carrots, and sliced mixed peppers. Then I do Newmans' Asian salad dressing.
Another thought is chicken with spinach, hardboiled eggs, bacon bits, shredded carrots, and spinach salad dressing (they sell this in the refrigerated section).
Nobody said mushrooms? Does no one on this board like shrooms? I love them on my salads. Portabella or regular white mushrooms do the trick and provide some variety.
