Ok, maybe friend is a lose term since I moved out of AZ and haven't had much more than a FB relationship, but regardless I am proud.

She is the dem nominee in one of the newly created districts in AZ. Former social worker and AZ state leg member.

She is running against a republican that got in trouble for supplying fraudlent information to the SBA so hopefully she has a good shot.

Anyway, I am just excited and thought I would share!

ETA: I say officially since AZ had its primary last night
