Neither was moving or rolling but both had reflux and the incline helped sleep until the meds started working. We moved my DS into his crib and my DD into a pnp in our room.
Are you talking about stopping using it for baby to sleep in, or stop using it altogether?
DS slept in it for his first 7-8 weeks and then we went straight to the crib. At 10+ months, we still use it daily though. Usually while we take showers, we strap him in to hang out. It's a way to keep him contained. He's rolling, sitting, standing etc. The belt keeps him in. He can and does sit up in it often. He hasn't hit the weight limit yet.

We are transitioning out now at 6 months. She has learn to roll this weekend and now sits up and tries to roll in the rnp, so it's done. It was great for her reflux and luckily her reflux seems more controlled now and she doesn't seem to need to be elevated because I have no idea how we would do that.
We never really used it for sleeping, but I still use it now at 7 months as a containment device when I need to set him down so I can do something in the kitchen.
L- about 4 months when he started to outgrow it and still slept fine flat E- 4.5 months (last week, lol) when we sleep trained Neither were mobile (or sitting) yet.
5 months? 6 months? 7 months? I truly don't remember. We used it for a long time though. She had severe reflux and slept so well in it. I think we started napping in her crib at 5 months and then eventually switched to overnight in her crib as well once she could sit.
But that was 5 years ago. So I don't remember exactly.
My girls both slept (nights) in the RnP exclusively until the 4-5-month range. They were in the presitting or newly sitting stage, where they just wanted to do crunches constantly.

5.5 months (although the transition didn't go well so she wasn't out until closer to 6). She was wiggling around a lot but couldn't roll back to front yet.

I used for way too long. Once when DS was sick at 13 mon he slept in it in my room. He is a shrimp, so he fit. I would snap he in and he never tried to get out. Prob not my best judgement. Lol
She was rolling. We were in the middle of doing a gentle transition to the crib and she tried to roll over in the RnP and we cut her off cold turkey at night.
We still use the RnP now at 5 months but we use it more like a chair. She doesn't sleep it it anymore.
About 4.5 months when he was rolling. He was also trying to sit up in it too. I moved him to the pack n play in our room for a few weeks, then transitioned to his crib.
6 weeks for sleep. I got nervous about a flat spot on DS's head (which actually go worse after moving him to the crib, but is getting much better now). They had no trouble transitioning.
We still use one during awake time, a few times a week.
I moved him out of it because I could tell it had become a sleep crutch and wanted to stop it earlier rather than later. Also, right about the time I was planning to stop using it anyway, my drunk BIL fell on it (thank God I had E in the bed with me at the time) and I think cracked something, so I felt it was no longer safe to use.

I think 7ish months with DS1. He was getting a lot of colds and ear infections, so we kept him in there longer since the incline helped at night.
DS2 is 5 months and I think we'll need to move him to the crib soon. He's trying to roll and wiggle around in there now. He looks like he's ready for more space.
DS is 4.5 months. He sleeps like a dream in it and doesn't move in it. During the day he can roll both ways and is trying to sit, so I think the end is nearing. The issue is that his crib is currently occupied with a toddler and I don't really want to transition him to a pack n play and then a crib. Also, he has a cold right now so I think the incline helps.
It always helps to hear what other moms did. We didn't use it for my DD, so I feel clueless.
G only napped in it or hung out in it (when he was tiny). He slept in it overnight only a handful of times when he was sick and needed the incline to help with congestion.
We quit using it around 5 or 6 months when he would try to sit up in it or would roll over in it while napping.
Few weeks. DS was a crappy sleeper from early days so we figured it wasn't helping that much anyway. We tried to get him to nap in it after that, but no dice. Honestly the thing I mostly used it for was parking him in the bathroom while I showered.
It was not the miracle device I was hoping for and it always made me a smidge nervous since it's not for unmonitored sleeping.
Exactly this. I just stopped using it a couple of weeks ago at 12 months b/c she no longer wants to be contained.
When she was young enough to sleep in it, DD never slept in it for any long stretch, maybe napping 20-30 minutes? If that. She was a bad napper but I never got that miracle sleep out of her that so many others on the board seem to get.
