DS: 4 yrs
Monday a.m.: probably a cheese stick and a yogurt (I've already left for work by the time he eats breakfast), maybe some grapes in the car on the way to daycare.
Monday snack: fresh fruit and graham crackers, water.
Monday lunch: sunbutter and jelly sandwich, applesauce, milk
Monday snack: Goldfish and peach slices, water
Snack at home after daycare: freeze dried banana slices
Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich, red bell pepper strips (raw), milk
I will do yesterday since I haven't been home since 7:30am.
Breakfast - a scrambled egg with mozz cheese and some life cereal S banana Lunch - half a sunbutter and jelly sandwich small piece of eggplant lasagna Snack 2 small chocolate chip cookies dinner small amount of eggplant lasagna another cookie
I don't know what snacks she had at daycare, but here's what I do know.
Yesterday- B-milk while getting ready, at daycare leftover breakfast casserole, yogurt, and water L-Leftover chicken tenders, peas, strawberries, cheese stick, milk D-apple sauce, 1 chicken nugget, strawberries, little bit of mac n cheese, milk
Today- B-milk while getting ready, at daycare banana bread, yogurt, water L-pizza, cheese stick, strawberries, milk D-None of the pot roast I'm making, some apple sauce, broccoli, milk
Monday dinner: whole wheat spaghetti with tomato sauce, peas, a turkey meatball and cheese. This was a battle and it really shouldn't have been because she normally likes spaghetti. Fresh pineapple, raspberries and a tiny spoonful of vanilla ice cream (I had to give her the ice cream as part of the negotiation to eat the spaghetti). More pineapple. Milk.
Breakfast: vanilla yogurt with cut up peach and granola. Half a toaster waffle. Milk.
Snack: daycare...
Lunch: daycare. I haven't picked her up yet and I don't pay attention to the menu, so I have no idea.
Dinner: part of a pita, a bunch of shredded cheese, and a small bowl of chicken (we had chicken in a pita for dinner, so his was just..."deconstructed"), with water to drink
Dessert: a piece of chocolate chip cake with chocolate frosting, with more water
(Nursed at bedtime)
Breakfast: banana cut up and rolled in Cheerio dust (don't ask), blueberries, strawberries, and a yogurt tube, with water
Snack (at playgroup): a few bites of pancake, an apple slice, and a sip of water
Lunch: two grilled cheese sandwiches, a piece of chocolate chip cake, and water
breakfast-toaster waffle with strawberry jam. Well, 2/3 of one. The dog got the rest. And a sippy of WCM.
Lunch and snacks-no clue, he was at the sitter's.
Dinner-smoked sausage and hash browns. Half a container of strawberry rhubarb Noosa yogurt. And most of a TJ's cereal bar. Plus 1/2 a sippy of WCM.
Today was: I don't know. He was home with daddy in the morning and went to the sitter's before lunchtime. Lord only knows what we're having for dinner tonight, I'll see what the weather's like when I leave work (meaning how long will it take me to get to the sitters and would it just be better to pick something up).

DD: 2.5
Breakfast: 3 mini pancakes, yogurt raisins, milk Snack: 2 bites of apple, slice of cheese Lunch: 1 turkey meatball, a couple peas, 3 nuggets, milk Snack: yogurt pouch Dinner: few bites of mac and cheese, 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter, a veggie pouch, ice cream, milk
boy, 3.5YO - there's probably more that I'm forgetting.
7:30AM B'fast: 1/2 C blueberries and 1 HB egg w/ WCM lunch @ DC: Fish Sticks w/ Mixed Vegetables & Fresh Honey Dew
2:30PM snack @ DC: Graham Crackers & Applesauce 6PM snack @ home: 1/2PB sandwich, Mott's natural applesauce pouch, 1 banana (DON'T CUT IT! ) 8pm DINNER: 2 bites of chicken and 1 YoKids yogurt tube (see snack above for why he didn't eat more @ dinner)
He also has a metric ton of milk - prob 16-20oz in a day? he gets some with B'fast, they serve 1% at school w/ lunch, and he can have some when we get home with his snack. He gets a water sippy cup whenever he does a drive-by. I leave one on the coffee table for him. He gets water with dinner and after he's brushed his teeth at night, only water. he CAN have applejuice but he'd prefer milk.
He's 36# so he's not too big by any stretch but he's a VERY good eater. We're going to go broke once he hits his teen years.

Boy, 2.5 YO, in a not eating stage
Pre-breakfast- Cocoa Puffs (I know, I know) Breakfast- 1/2 waffle , blueberries, milk Lunch- not entirely sure but it usually something like chicken nuggets with peas. DCP has said he doesn't eat much of his lunch lately. Snack- crackers or goldfish or something Dinner- 2 teensy tiny bites of shredded pork, 1 teensy tiny bite of mashed sweet potatoes, 2 yogurt pouches.
I don't know how to get him to eat without bribery. Which I'm sure is part of the problem.
Yesterday: Breakfast - Baked blueberry and banana oatmeal, cantaloupe, almond milk Snack - Banana Lunch - 1 hard-boiled egg, 2 baby bel cheeses, a small banana nut muffin, a few slices of cucumber, grapes, orange slices, and milk Snacks - Nutrigrain bar and dried mango, later some nuts and an applesauce pouch Dinner - We ate at Noodles & Co. He had mac & cheese with carrots, apples, and an Honest Kids fruit punch. Water with snacks and through the day.
Today: Breakfast - Baked blueberry and banana oatmeal, pineapple, almond milk Snack - Banana Lunch - 2 baby bel cheeses, 3 slices sandwich turkey, 2 banana nut mini-muffins, some cherry tomatoes, a baby bell pepper, cantaloupe and milk Snacks - I sent a Lara bar for his afternoon snack - it's not time for them to eat those yet. Water with snacks and through the day.
She has a bowl of cereal with milk for breakfast every morning. Frozen themed graham cracker things for snack. lunch was packed, pb&j, carrot sticks, cheese square, gogurt, goldfish and probably a chocolate milk. I doubt she ate half of it. she's eating a clif kids granola bar right now. She actually ate the chili for dinner last night.
DS1, 4 on Sunday
He did not eat the dinner last night, ate half a ham & cheese sandwich instead, with goldfish and a banana. He eats all morning long. Honey nut cheerios with milk, granola bar before preschool and gogurt. He has snack there, no idea what it was. He ate the other half of that ham sandwich for lunch with pretzels and a cookie he brought home for his birthday. He's eating a granola bar now too.
DS2, 2 1/2
He's the pickiest eater right now. He eats lots of carbs. Crackers and fruit of every variety. He had a pouch at the grocery store. Milk, a few cups. He had a peanut butter and honey sandwich for lunch with pretzels. He ate nothing for dinner, except the goldfish he picked out of his chili.
