I ate terribly yesterday:
breakfast: Soy latte & banana bread from Starbucks banana for mid-morning snack lunch was an apple w/pb and small bag of ruffles dinner was taco bell bean burrito evening snack/second dinner since I at tb at 4:30 was a potato roll and 2 pieces of bacon (lol, gotta love pregnancy).
way too many calories and sugar... but it was what sounded good!
Oatmeal with brown sugar and blueberries An apple with brie brown cow yogurt x2 pretzel thins babybel cheese clementines baked coconut shrimp a few leftover broiled chicken wings from Sunday Veggies and blue cheese dressing
Breakfast: coffee, black, two large cups. I think I ran out the door without eating anything else. Lunch: ham and cheese on oatnut bread, fage lime yogurt, water Dinner: homemade chili with cheddar and goldfish, two glasses of sauv blanc Snack: peanut butter chip ice cream
Today: Breakfast: coffee, black, two large cups. Go lean cereal of some sort with whole milk Snack: beef jerky stick Lunch: ham and cheese on oatnut bread, fage lime yogurt, water Dinner: Fat tuesday German style so a large beer and probably something really unhealthy. and pretzels.
yesterday, starting after lunch because that's all I can remember: snack: tiny bag of peanuts, a piece of orange candy dinner: stir fried veggies w/egg and brown rice dessert: small slice of cheesecake drinks: water and herbal tea
today breakfast: a little yogurt w/granola, one piece of whole wheat toast with pepperjack cheese melted onto it, half a cup of coffee lunch: a little leftover stir fry w/rice from dinner last night, a bagel with cream cheese, one mandarin orange, water snack: one green apple, two jolly ranchers (someone gave me some!), water
dinner will be: an absurd amount of beer bread with butter, salad w/lettuce tomatoes, avocado and hardboiled egg dessert will be: more beer bread with jam or honey
Breakfast - cheerios with 1% milk, a few apple slices Snack - Kashi crackers and hummus Lunch - leftover tortellini with spinach and sausage crumbles, milk Afternoon dessert with kids - a few Rollos Dinner - pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes and red cabbage, milk and a cup of hot chocolate with H after girls' bedtime

Yesterday: B = overnight oats w/ pumpkin, chia, almond milk and sunbather, coffee with cream S = some kind of green cold press juice L = baked sweet potato with almond butter, melon/grapes S = banana D = lentil vegetable soup w/ naan S = small piece of blueberry lemon baked oatmeal
Today: B = bowl of raisin bran w/ peanut butter, coffee with cream S = blueberry lemon baked oatmeal with almond butter L = chicken curry salad w/ melon and grapes S = blueberry lemon baked oatmeal with sunbather (obsessed!)

Today: Coffee with creamer 12 Almonds and dried cranberries Cheese string Chilli 1 oatmeal raisin cookie Tea Not sure what dinner will be yet.
Yogurt and granola, banana, coffee x 2 A ton of Leftover queso and tortilla chips lol Fig bar Chili and French bread, beer 2 birthday cupcakes Lots of water throughout the day Tea and gummy bears
Good god. It was my birthday and obviously I gave zero shits about food yesterday!

A lot of sugar?
Vanilla Greek yogurt with berries and chia seeds Cupcake from a co-worker Big handful of cupcake flavored goldfish Iced coffee with caramel and cream Crackers, cheese and sausage Salad with carrots/tomato/blue cheese Mashed sweet potatoes Shredded pulled pork with BBQ 3 Dove dark chocolate
lunch: salad with tofu, ezkiel bread with PB Snack; Apple with PB, protein bar, piece of babybel cheese Dinner: Sweet potato with PB
Breakfast: two hard boiled eggs Snack: Shake with protein powder, banana, blueberries and strawberries Lunch: Salad with tofu, ezkiel bread with PB, orange Snack- piece of babybel cheese and protein bar
Drink: Coffee and water
I am on a total PB kick and trying to eat a lot of protein to keep my snacking on carbs down. Oh and chewing A LOT of double bubble to keep food out of my mouth :-)
Breakfast yesterday- bacon and egg bowl with salsa Snack- Moo N Cookie (this was my last one from my order, my new one isn't here yet) Lunch- Tortilla Soup Dinner- H made scrambled eggs and I wanted to throw up so I opted out.
Today Breakfast- skim milk hot chocolate from my office coffee shop Lunch- Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon from Starbucks Snack- popcorn and tiny packs of Haribo gummy bears in a meeting
in chronological order... coffee with cream and sugar chicken salad scooped out with baguette in the car chips and salsa beef tostada with guac salad chicken pot pie
coffee a few bites of a gross cuban sandwich chicken tortilla soup 2 'french toast' lance crackers chicken tacos
interspersed were lots of water, beef jerky, conversation hearts and a few handfuls of dill pickle potato chips

1/4 order of nachos with veggie chili, guacamole, and sour cream 1 orange 1 cup blueberries 10 chips and salsa 2 beers (last night) 1 margarita (tonight) 2 cups coffee I don't know how much raspberry tea. It's cold here, and I am outside a lot.
Cooking spaghetti with meat sauce for dinner tonight. DH has been out of town, and gets back soon, so I have enjoyed not having another person to feed.
