No personalized valentine here. H picked out Angry Birds valentines from the dollar store (I tried to steer him towards Hot Wheels but the heart wants what the heart wants). I bought scratch and sniff stickers and stuck little plastic heart-shaped bracelets to them. I admit that I used the stickers to cover over some of the sayings on the valentines (particularly, "Trot on Valentine" which didn't seem like a term of endearment to me).

I keep saying I don't know why I bothered with personalized ones because she would have much preferred to choose a character set from the store!
I don't have a picture but I did a Peanuts theme. I got bookmarks and foam airplanes from Oriental Trading. A got a few personalized but most were character ones from the store, one was like monster smash trucks lol she had no clue what that was.
One kid gave out hot wheels which was cool. Except the girls all had to have the purple cars and the boys got the blue per the mom, I never knew purple was a "girl" color. A was sad because blue is her favorite color lol.
Well, last night when I went to put everything together I couldn't find the bag of stuff I bought at Michael's a few weeks ago Like, no clue where it is and I tore everything apart. I had left it in my car so Lillian wouldn't find it and it wasn't there - I had to have left it at the store like a dumb ass. I had little bubbles like you got, little bags, red ribbon. Lils had picked out character cards that I was going to put in there along with lollipops. I had the character cards and lollipops but that was it since they were from a different store. I was so disappointed.
ETA - she was very excited to give her friends the lollipops so I was glad she didn't care or have any idea lol
I'm so glad we don't need to do valentines! I've never liked it for some reason. This year Henry is in 3rd grade and way too cool to even consider valentines, and Elliot's pre school classroom doesn't allow them. Off the hook!!
And today is spirit week for their school and today was "wear blue" day (their school color) so I didn't even need to worry about outfits!!!

I fail as a Pinterest mom
Her school had PJ day today. It's "parents night out", so they usually do that on those monthly.

T wanted to do playdoh but they came with to/from stickers. I don't know why I didn't just use those, especially because al of the ones he received were store bought.
We just did store bought ones that can with stickers. They were monster trucks. Maybe next year I'll do something creative. B was so excited to hand them out. I went to his party yesterday at school, and when he was handing his out, his teacher told him who to give it to, and he was so excited he was hopping from person to person. lol.
I picked the band aids for Olivia because she wears one on her finger every day. It's her favorite accessory. She's excited to give her friends Mickey band aids. I'm bummed that She missed the party but I dropped them off to be passed out.
Lily loves rubber duckies and I found the cutest ones on Amazon. They look like little cupcakes and have sprinkles. So each friend got one duckie and a princess Valentine that she picked in a little bag. We couldn't do food items. Yesterday when I picked her up she ran to show me her bag of valentines and then she showed me each one. So cute!
I got Star Wards cards for Owen to give out (duh) and I ended up making little mini lightsabers with those skinny glow sticks with a piece of black duct tape wrapped around the bottom. The nerd is strong with this one.
