AMAZING. I use them for hiking and just being out and about, and now that I'm training, for running too. They are so light, I forget that I'm wearing them. I'm a sweat monster and they don't slip or fog up.
I use a pair of Columbia polarized sunglasses from my eye doctor--non-prescription. They are incredibly lightweight, but don't bounce around. Very comfortable to wear, and I love the glare-reduction for running as well as driving.
Smith Toasters. With interchangable lenses to suit weather needs. I've had them for 7 years. LOVE THEM.
another vote for Smith - I love their sunglasses. I have a few pair (both casual and running), and I run in the Toasters. Very lightweight, very durable - I don't even notice that I'm wearing them.

I have a pair of Oakleys. They were expensive but worth every penny. I just checked the site and it looks like they have changed some of their designs and I can't find the ones I have
Some of the designs they have now can look a little...big on a woman's face so I would definitely try them on--but if you can find the right fit they are great.
