I have a Fisher Price bouncy seat rocker used maybe twice and an Oball exersaucer in great condition.
How much in your experience does consignment pay for this kind of stuff? They were $39 and $89 new. I'll donate it if consignment is only going to give me $15-$20 for both
glitzy07 I found out and got added from friends/colleagues. You can also search and may be able to find some. Search terms like "mom swap" and "mommy swap."You may also have to add your town/area.
Are you talking a store or sale? Stores around here only give 50% or less, sales near me will give up to 65%. I would price them at 60-70% off retail.
If you think you'll get a better tax write off then I would donate.
Sorry, I should've been more clear. I'm referring to a Once Upon a Child type store, not the Just Between Friends type sales.
My in laws are coming next weekend and I need some junk out of my house!
OUAC will give you half of what they are going to sell it for typically but I'm not sure what they sell those items for. Probably not very helpful. Sorry.
For bigger items like that, I think your best bet would be a Facebook BST group. A consignment store will take their cut and not leave it very worthwhile, IMO.

They are called bst in my area. Try searching your local area name and bst, too. Also, spell out buy sell trade, some groups spell it out. Also, yard sales (or whatever you call then in your area).
The easiest thing to do is just post on your FB page asking for local recs.

You will get more on the Facebook mom groups. Mine are called city name mom 2 mom. That said, I bought an activity mat and a bouncy seat for $9 today from the fb.

I usually post 30% off retail (thanks to someone here) on my local BST page and they're gone within a day or two. Bonus: you put it on the porch and find money under your mat. Easiest thing ever!
