So I really want one. I always have. I wish I'd done it really young, though, because wouldn't it be weird now? I'd have to tell everyone? Has anyone done something like that in their thirties?
Also, could I get my boobs and nose done at the same time to just save recovery time?
Yes and you would also save in some other areas. Like OR fee or anesthesia.
And it's none of anyone's business. If it makes you happy and can afford it then do it. And yes you might be a topic of discussion for a couple days but then life will go on and nobody will care.
My sister had hers done in her 30s. She had broken her nose in high school and it never healed correctly, so to say she hated her nose is an understatement. She was really happy about it. I don't think people asked her and she most likely told her good friends.
I have a friend that had hers done and it came out beautifully. Very natural looking.
I think you should go for it if you want, but I can honestly say that your nose has never given me pause. I'm picturing your face and I think your nose looks normal.

My boss had hers done about 12 years ago when she was in her 40s. She said it was due to sinus issues. She told just a few of us that it was just because she wanted it.
People aren't as observant as you think. I got mine done at 18 after I broke it. I got it fixed and cosmetic work as well. family members who I didn't see regularly who had the family nose didn't even notice!

I had mine done in my mid-20's. Nobody even noticed and if they did, they never said anything to me. I have no regrets other than I wish I had been able to do it sooner!
If you are worried about people noticing just change your hair at the same time. Get bangs or change the colour. People would know something is a little different and just think it was the hair. Later they wouldn't even notice.

Same. I didn't even tell my in-laws. It actually looks like the nose I was supposed to be born with if that makes sense, not sculpted at all, so I honestly don't think people noticed.
