Sunday: grilled steaks, potato of some sort, veggies Monday: chicken, rice, veggies Tuesday: Mac & cheese Wednesday: tacos Thursday: kielbasa and beans Friday: beef stir-fry
Lunches will be chicken salad sandwiches or grilled chicken salads. Breakfasts will be oatmeal on work days. I have yogurt, bananas and Lara bars for snacks at work.
