I made my breakfast and had it eaten before 9 am. Usually it takes me awhile and I don't finish until 9:30ish. English muffin with 1/4 in PB and the rest in Laughing Cow 1/3 less fat strawberry cheese. (Usually all in PB) Yet I was sooo hungry I wanted to punch people! I munched on a couple almonds, didn't help. Finally I had to go to Starbucks and I ended up wanting the chicken sandwich - a SANDWICH people! I scarfed half of it while waiting for my drink to be made!
I feel more human...for now. But seriously, why am I so hungry? I'm going to blow my calorie count of the water today :-(
I wish I needed to POAS I actually just finished my period Monday, it was a really weird one in that I usually only have back pain the first day but had it the whole time. And I was really hungry, too. I usually only have increased hunger right before. This after thing is STRANGE.
You're right, if my body says I need food that badly, I must for a reason. Thanks for reminding me, that makes me feel a little better and less

Everyone has these days, TOM related or not. I would try to stop by a grocery store and stock up on healthy snacks that you can eat a lot of and not feel too bad
